Assistant Instructor Certification Scheme

Russian Martial Arts Northwest acknowledges that some people find it difficult to travel to Canada or Russia to become Certified Instructors. As a result of this we are committed to developing quality Instructors through our regular classes and private tuition schemes.

Not every student has the aptitude to teach the system and those that are selected to be certified by us must be able to demonstrate their understanding of Systema and the ability to use it under pressure during a rigorous certification test.

Everyone that passes a certification test is awarded an Assistant Instructors Certification. The reason for this is because full certification can only be gained through Vladimir Vasiliev and Michael Ryabko.

Currently we have one Assistant Instructor Mr John Piprani who was tested on the 27th March 2005 and runs classes at our Sunday venue when our Chief Instructor, Paul Genge, is unavailable to take the session.
