UK Summer Camp
We are looking forward to another of our UK Summer Camp. Russian Martial Arts Northwest and Systema UK are joining forces again to hold the only residential training camp of it’s kind in the UK.
This years main theme will be working with and against weapons. The itinerary will include
- work against pistols at close range
- knife defence and use of knife against armed opponents
- military shovel
- defence from throws
- defence on the ground
- team / protection work drills
- Combat PT
- exercise and massage for health and well being
- working in low light conditions
- moving and fighting on rough terrain
- sensitivity drills
- mass attack
- defence from punches and kicks

The cost for the seminar is £120 for members of Russian Martial Arts Northwest and Systema UK, £140 for non-members. This cost includes all training and accommodation.
